Audio Leads
An Audio Lead is responsible for the installation and operation of audio equipment in a live event setting, in conjunction with other departments. General knowledge of loudspeakers, amplification and signal processing, audio consoles, show comms, and signal flow is required. An Audio Lead may also be required to lead a team of audio assists and hands for the successful installation of a larger event. Experience with Brands such as d&b, Meyer, Yamaha, Digico, and Clearcomm is preferred.
Lighting Leads
A Lighting Lead will be responsible for the installation and operation of lighting equipment, in conjunction with other departments in a live event setting. A Lighting Lead may also be required to lead a team of lighting assists and hands for the successful installation of a larger event. Experience with GrandMA and Stage CL is preferred. General knowledge of lighting fixtures, lighting consoles, programming, and signal flow is required. Strong knowledge with truss and training with lift systems/working at heights is an asset.
Video Leads
A Video Lead works with audio, lighting and other departments to install and operate all video equipment involved in a live event setting. A Video Lead may also be required to lead a team of video assists and hands for the successful installation of a larger event. General knowledge of video equipment (such as projection, camera, switching, and signal flow) is required. Experience with brands such as Panasonic and Barco are preferred. Must have the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve issues that may arise.
Crew Chiefs
A Crew Chief leads, mentors and manages the onsite crew during install and dismantle in collaboration with the Production Team. Must be organized and lead in compliance with Health & Safety matters, manage crew check-in-and-out procedures, schedules and breaks. Produces daily event site reports and ensures crew members are adequately trained for assignments.
Technical Directors
A Technical Director is a self-motivated leader that has strong experience in all areas of AV, event and production management. Supports the Production Manager and pre-production team in ideation, planning processes and offering technical solutions in execution of events. Assists with producing and reviewing all project management and technical documentation. Directs and oversees onsite installation, operation, dismantle of production elements.
