To our clients, partners and colleagues,
What started as an idea became a shared vision in April, and today, it becomes real. Avera Audiovisual is now one company, one team and one brand.
We arrive at this moment with a great deal of history behind us. Proshow, Bespoke and XPAV were each built over many years by talented people, strong relationships and a commitment to doing great work. Those legacies matter. They shaped who we are, and they will always be part of our story.
But today is about what comes next.
We created Avera because we believed there was an opportunity to build something different: a truly national, truly Canadian audiovisual company with the scale to serve clients across the country while remaining close to the people and communities we work with every day.
More than that, we are building the company we want to be part of. A company that stays close to its clients, invests in its people, values preparation and great thinking, and gives talented people room to grow.
For our clients, that means access to a national network of people, expertise and equipment without giving up the local relationships that matter. It means more resources, greater depth and a team that can support you wherever your work takes you.
For our people, it means more opportunity. More colleagues to learn from. More places to grow. And the chance to help shape a Canadian company with ambitions that extend far beyond any one market.
As we grow, there are things we intend to hold onto. We will stay close to our clients. We will continue to invest in our people. And we will keep doing the hard work of preparation, collaboration and problem-solving that makes great events possible.
The names on the buildings may be changing, but the values that built these companies are coming with us.
Today, we stop talking about what Avera is going to become and we start showing you.
We are proud to be Canadian. Proud to be independent. And very excited about what comes next.
