Canadian Audio Visual Providers Association (CAVPA) represents Canadian-owned audio-visual, sound, and lighting companies from coast to coast by engaging with the event industry, facilitating government advocacy, and creating career awareness.

The Calgary Chamber of Commerce is organized to advance the commercial, industrial and civic interests of Calgary and district.; to promote integrity and good faith, just and equitable principles in business; to achieve uniformity in commercial usages; to acquire, preserve and distribute industrial commercial and civic statistics and information of value; to discover and correct abuses; to prevent or adjust business controversies; to support the interests of our city and district in provincial, national and imperial issues.

The Congress Rental Network (CRN) is a worldwide network of 45 independent conferencing solutions companies spanning 43 countries in 5 continents. All member companies share the unique vision of CRN, which is to provide the highest level of quality and service for any conference, congress, meeting or event utilizing the latest Bosch Conferencing Equipment.
Founded in 1990, the CRN has partnered exclusively with its technology partner, Bosch. Each CRN member is a specialist in these conferencing and simultaneous interpretation solutions.

Destination Toronto, in partnership with the City of Toronto and the Greater Toronto Hotel Association, markets and promotes the city to attract visitors and major meetings and events, and supports local businesses to maximize the opportunities of the visitor economy.

Destination Vancouver is the non-profit, member-led destination management organization for the city of Vancouver, BC. Their purpose is to transform Vancouver’s communities and visitors through the power of travel and to be thoughtful leaders, advocates and ambassadors for the city. They work with our 800+ members and partners in Vancouver’s visitor economy to develop compelling experiences and offerings for visitors and to promote Vancouver in key Canadian, US, and international markets.

The Event Production Network (EPN) creates memorable experiences for meeting planners and event organizers from concept to completion. The North American alliance of premier companies which spans the entire continent, sets the standard for AV excellence for in-person, virtual and hybrid events.

Event Safety Alliance Canada (ESAC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting and educating health and safety for the arts, entertainment, and live event communities with enthusiasm and determination.

Since its inception in 1887, the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade has been recognized as Western Canada’s leading business association, engaging Members to impact public policy at all levels of government and to succeed and prosper in the global economy.
